Get to know me!
My name is Allison Elgersma. After graduating with my degree in graphic design for the University of Sioux Falls, I began working as a designer for FiveFour Training and Locals Love Us. I began studying graphic design after starting college in the medical field. It was immedietly clear to me that was not for me. I wanted more freedom and creativity in the work that I was going to do. That’s when I discovered graphic design. This allowed me to have freedom and creativity, but also allowed me to have a set of guidelines within that creativity. Almost immedietly, I knew this was what I wanted to do. I had a sense of pride and joy in the work I was doing that I hadn’t experienced before.
